The Loremasters of League of Legends are certainly going to be happy with the latest music video release from Riot Games. On Nov. 30, Riot released a new comic and music video about one of the heroes, Varus.
The comic and video show how Varus came to be, and what a cursed life he lives. Many players have known that Varus is a Darkin, like Aatrox or Kayn, but now they know even more about the mysterious champion.
The lore of League of Legends has always felt a big neglected in the past, and it seems that Riot is making an effort to fix that with their latest champion releases. With piece by piece released by Riot, players have been gathering up information about the heroes that grace the rift.
The cursed fate of the two men that inhabit Varus is a fascinating story and brings something special to the champion. Hopefully Riot has more of these lore videos planned, and will release them soon.
