Henry Gembala and Weiss paid $1.05 million for the property in August 2007. The house was built in 1990.
Henry Gembala serves as president of Alternative Roof Blocking System, an engineering company in Boca Raton. He received his associate degree in architectural drafting from Farmingdale State College.
David Gembala is the president of Concrecel USA Inc., a Boca Raton-based company that specializes in lightweight insulating concrete.
Home sales in Delray Beach are down 19.2 percent thus far in 2008. The median sales price has also dropped from $250,000 in 2007 to $205,000 so far this year.
