Symone D. Sanders-Townsend is an eminent American political strategist and commentator. During the 2016 presidential campaign, she was the national press secretary for Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders. She then joined former Vice President Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign as a senior advisor in April 2019.
After Biden was elected, she was appointed as Vice President Kamala Harris’ chief spokesperson and senior advisor.
