5-7-9 sells women’s dresses, blouses, jackets and fashion accessories.

Stein Mart opens in Coral Springs

A Stein Mart shop opened at 910 N. University Drive, in the Atlantic Crossing shopping center in Coral Springs.

Stein Mart’s offerings include brand name clothing for men and women, footwear, accessories, home décor and linens. Stein Mart says its inventory is sold at 60 percent below department store prices.

The company has 270 stores in 30 states, according to its website. Its other South Florida locations include Pompano Beach, Plantation and Cooper City.

Men’s clothing retailer opens at Sawgrass Mills

A John Varvatos shop opened at Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise.

John Varvatos’ high-end clothing includes leather jackets, vests, jeans and dress pants. Suede backpacks, sunglasses, belts and wallets are also available.

Sawgrass Mills is at 12801 W. Sunrise Blvd.

Footwear retailer opens at Westfield Broward mall

Evacol has opened a shop within the Westfield Broward mall in Plantation.

Evacol sells men, women and children’s footwear, including flip flops, sandals and clogs.

The mall is at 8000 W. Broward Blvd.

Boston Market opens at Boca Raton mall

Boston Market has opened at the food court of Town Center at Boca Raton.

The national restaurant chain serves rotisserie chicken, roasted turkey breast, cornbread, mashed potatoes and other home-style dishes.

The Colorado-based restaurant chain has been in business for three decades and has more than 450 locations nationwide.

The Boca Raton mall is at 6000 Glades Road.

Consignment shop opens in Delray Beach

Andre Dupree opened in at Delray Marketplace in Delray Beach.

The designer consignment boutique offers shoppers handbags and accessories from brands such as Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton and Gucci.

The retailer says its items are sent to a third party expert for authenticity verification and that its merchandise is sold in as-new condition and below regular price.

The shop is at 14851 Lyons Road, Suite 112 in Delray Beach.

Restaurant opens in West Palm Beach

Southern Railway Taphouse opened at 314 Clematis St. in West Palm Beach.

The restaurant’s menu includes shrimp guacamole with spicy tortilla chips, chipotle pork shanks and chicken and waffle sliders. For dessert, there’s red velvet mini doughnuts.
