1. Pertama buat adonan isi dengan mencampurkan semua bahan isi jadi satu. Kemudian masak sampai mengental. Setelah cukup dingin, masukkan ke dalam plastik segitiga. Sisihkan.
2. Bikin roti: campur tepung terigu, tepung tangmien, ragi instan, baking powder, dan gula tepung. Aduk hingga rata.
3. Tambahkan putih telur dan air es sedikit demi sedikit. Uleni adonan roti sampai kalis.
Setelah kalis masukan mentega putih dan garam. Uleni kembali sampai elastis. Kemudian diamkan selama 30 menit.
