Kamu bisa membuat kue kering keju asin, dibuat dari mentega, margarin, gula bubuk, emplex, vanili bubuk, kuning telur, fresh cream, keju cheddar, keju parmesan, tepung terigu protein sedang, dan baking powder.
Kue kering keju asin dapat diberi wafer sebagai isian kemudian taburi keju cheddar parut. Resep kue kering keju asin ini menghasilkan 1,5 kilogram, masukkan dalam toples agar awet.

Resep kue kering keju asin Bahan: 250 gram mentega 125 gram margarin 160 gram gula bubuk 1 sdt emplex (bahan perenyah kue kering) 1/2 sdt vanili bubuk 2 kuning telur 60 ml fresh cream 125 gram keju cheddar , parut 125 gram keju parmesan bubuk 1 sdt baking powder 625 gram tepung terigu protein sedang, misal segitiga 6 kuning telur 1 sdm air 1/2 sdt minyak sayur 2 tetes pewarna kuning telur Filling: Topping: 100 gram keju cheddar, parut 1. Campur mentega, margarin, gula bubuk, emplex, vanili bubuk, keju cheddar, keju parmesan, dan telur, kocok hingga mengembang dan putih.
2. Tambahkan fresh cream, aduk rata.
3. Masukkan campuran baking powder dan tepung terigu yang telah diayak, aduk perlahan menggunakan spatula .
4. Giling adonan dengan ketebalan tiga milimeter, poles dengan bahan olesan hingga rata.
5. Beri adonan dengan wafer, gulung dan potong-potong.
6. Letakkan dan susun di dalam loyang yang telah diolesi dengan sedikit margarin hingga rata. Tabur permukaan adonan dengan keju cheddar parut.
7. Panggang ke dalam oven dengan suhu 150 derajat celcius selama 20 menit, kecilkan suhu oven menjadi 100 derajat celcius lalu panggang kembali selama 15 menit hingga matang dan kering. Angkat dan dinginkan.
8. Simpan ke dalam stoples kedap udara.
