Palm Ridge Reserve honey whiskey sour

1 ounce honey

2 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 egg white

2 ounces Palm Ridge Reserve Whiskey

Heat honey in a small container in the microwave for 45 seconds at high power. Stir in lemon juice until well mixed. Refrigerate until cold.

Dry shake the egg white in an empty shaker, to froth. Add whiskey and refrigerated honey lemon syrup. Fill halfway with ice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled, chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Makes 1 cocktail.
