Deep-dish graham cracker pie crust

20 ounces graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

8 ounces (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

Using a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and flour. Add melted butter, stirring to combine. Divide the mixture between two 10-inch springform pans. Press the crumb mixture evenly over the bottom of the pans and 2/3 of the way up the sides.

Makes two 10-inch deep-dish pie crusts, 12 servings per pie
