The publishing division of PPI Group, based in Fort Lauderdale, has been awarded the contract to produce Holland America Line’s Mariner magazine.

Mariner is a specialty publication for members of the cruise line’s rewards program — the Mariner Society.

The magazine joins PPI’s roster of travel publication titles, which already includes Holland America’s in-stateroom publication: Compass.

“It is a natural fit that our team of publishing professionals take on Mariner and continue to evolve it for its savvy readers,” said Bill Panoff, PPI publisher and president/CEO.

Mariner will feature editorial content and photography focusing on topics such as art, cuisine, history, culture, and well-being.

Mariner is published three times per year and mailed to rewards program members.

PPI’s first issue will be the spring 2015 magazine in May.
