Hello! I am a public school teacher-librarian. I now travel between two public schools, Wooslair k-5 and Banksville k-5. I love helping kids discover books, especially books they'd never think to look at themselves. Many of my students come from low income families and the school library is the place they usually get books to read. Due to many years of budget cuts across the district, our libraries are often lacking enough books to adequately provide for our students. Primary years are crucial to developing life long readers and learners, and a good school library can make all the difference for a child who has no books at home. Please help us inspire our students to read and discover. Thank you so much!
