John Sterling is a sports broadcaster. John Sterling is best well known for his role of Major League Baseball’s New York Yankees as the radio play-by-play announcer. He covered starting in 5,060 consecutive Yankees games before taking a break in July 2019 an eight-day (four-game). Sterling in the media industry is one of the longest-current broadcasters.

John has a play-calling distinctive style. In Baltimore, He began his broadcasting career, where John served for the then-Baltimore Bullets as the play-by-play announcer. John served for the NBA season from 1970–71. Also, from 1971 until 1978, He served for Morgan State University football as a play-by-play reporter.
