The Hunter's Machete and Hunter's Talisman jungle items received nerfs in the form of a new item passive in League of Legends Patch 8.14, which goes live Wednesday.

Both items now have a new passive, Monster Hunter, which states "If you have the most individual total gold on your team, lane minions kills will grant 10 less gold. This penalty is removed upon completion of an Enchantment on a Skirmisher's Sabre or Stalker's Blade."

This means that junglers who get ahead will not be able to snowball their lead even further by farming lane minions in addition to the jungle, until they upgrade the item.

Also in League of Legends Patch 8.14, Riot Games reiterated some of the changes it made to Stormrazor, Brawler's Gloves, and Zeal, in the middle of Patch 8.13.

--Stormrazor had its item build path changed to add another Dagger, to compensate for that, the original gold combine cost was reduced from 725 to 425 -- the total cost is still 3200 gold. The crit damage on the item was also changed from 160-200 percent at 0-60 percent crit chance, to 160-200 percent at 0-30 percent crit chance.

--The cost for Brawler's Gloves was reduced from 600 gold to 400 gold.

--Zeal had its combined cost increased from 400 gold to 600 gold, the total cost of the item remained unchanged at 1300 gold.

In League of Legends Patch 8.14 Riot Games also made some small nerfs to specific championsrolled out the new cursor update, and made some small changes to Ghost Poro, Zombie Ward, and Conqueror.
