Some Among Us fans are finding it hard to play the Airship map.
The Airship is the latest piece of content released into Among Us by developer InnerSloth. This brand-new truly massive map has caused a major buzz among players who have been eager for a new landscape to explore—whether to complete unique tasks, sus out the Imposter, or slowly pick off each member of the crew.
Here's how to climb aboard.
How to Play the Airship Map in Among Us
The Airship map can be selected and found in the same way that any other map can be. It does not need to be unlocked, earned, or anything similar. As long as the player has the software downloaded and appropriately updated, the Airship should appear as Polus, Mira HQ, or the Skeld does.
When Hosting a game, the Airship should be the last option on the "Map:" row.
When searching for a Public game to join, the Airship map is denoted by a red airplane icon at the very left of the listing—just before the host's username.
Players should be aware that the Airship will not appear if Among Us is not properly updated. The game should be v2021.4.1o at the latest.
The Airship is a daunting map when playing it for the first time. Be sure to make use of the Freeplay option to learn the layout and how to perform the tasks.
