WoW Shadowlands' Gristlebeak is a rare mob on Maldraxxus which could mean pretty cool rewards. But unfortunately, this one will not drop anything of the sort. Or at least a special mount. Gristlebeak can be seen flying above its nest northeast of the Theater of Pain.
Based on the difficulty of pulling the mob, one would think you would get something special.

WoW Shadowlands Gristlebeak: How to Engage the Rare Mob
First, the location, it will only land and attack if you destroy its clutch of Unusual Eggs, which are found at 58,52. Once the eggs are destroyed, Gristlebeak will make its way down, and you can start attacking it. It's a rather weak rare mob, so don't worry, you can solo it.
The coolest drop it has is the Arbalest of the Colossal Predator. It's only a a blue, but it's a rather interesting cosmetic. No mount or pet drops from Gristlebeak.
