Some of Hitman 3's extraction points are given to you directly, but some, such as the Dubai Helicopter, need to be unlocked. You can also come across the Helicopter Key during the (In)Security mission.

The Helicopter Key is located backstage behind the art installation, one level below the helipad itself. To access it, start from the garden. Climb over the railing and go towards the backstage. Make sure there are no people watching when you do this.

Open the windows with your phone and sneak past the two workers. Go to the balcony on the other side. You'll find some targets swinging about on ropes, but the key isn't on one of them. The key is actually on the walkway next to it. It's quite small, so keep your eye out for it. Once collected, the Rotor Ready challenge will unlock.

Head back to the helicopter and take out the pilot to get his uniform and get the Rotor Man challenge. With the Helicopter unlocked, you can easily take out penthouse guards and assume their identity. You'll also unlock a new way to take out Marcus Stuyvesant.
