FPL plans office building in Miami-Dade, report says

Florida Power & Light plans to build a service center office building in western Miami-Dade County, the South Florida Business Journal reports.

The energy company currently has four office buildings for a combined 23,545 square feet on the site at 13655 N.W. 6th Street.

It would demolish a 6,058-square-foot building and construct a two-story, 23,436-square-foot office building. The new building would house FPL management, service planners, line crews, ancillary administrative and resource staff.
