It was based on a popular Natak of the same name. Dilip Prabhawalkar had acted in the Natak and will now also be seen as a part of this serial. The serial used to air every Wednesday – Saturday at 9.30 PM but had quite a short run.Story :
Chuk bhul Dyavi Ghyavi centers around the fun and nok-jhok encounters of an aged couple; Raja bhau & Malti, played by living legends Marathi actors Dilip Prabhawalkar and Sukanya Mone. The couple is in their 80s but still, love each other a lot.
Rajabhau is young at heart, whereas his wife nudges him to accept his age and come to terms with it.
Production :
The serial is produced by actress turned director Manava Naik. This is Manuva’s first TV show as a producer.
Dilip Prabhavalkar returns to the TV world after a big break, almost after a gap of 15 years. His last serial Shriyut Gangadhar Tipre in early 2000s was a big hit with the audience.
