Samantha Bishop, St. Thomas Aquinas junior: Placed fifth at district tournament with a 445 series; led team to second place in division during the season; led the Raiders to third place at district tournament; also plays flag football.
Isabella Brelage, Archbishop McCarthy senior: Helped lead the Mavericks to a district championship and to the state qualifier; placed eighth at district tournament after registering a 419 series; Recorded a 565 series at states.
Joss Collins, South Plantation sophomore: Placed fourth at district tournament with a 479 series; finished 90th at state tournament with a 635 series; high game of 198 to lead the Paladins; Led team to runner-up finish at the district and county tournament.
Alexis Diaz, Coral Springs Charter senior: Team captain and led the Panthers to the BCAA championship; finished third at district tournament with a 484 series; Registered a 569 series at states.
Kellie Monahan, Western freshman: Placed first to capture the district championship as an individual (562 series); Averaged 160 to lead the Wildcats; Recorded career-best 229 high game; placed 95th at states with a 623 series.

COACH OF THE YEAR
Chris Covone, Archbishop McCarthy: Led the Mavericks to the District 15 championship and a state tournament appearance; The Mavericks finished 11-1 during the season and have one loss in each of the past two years in district play. “It has been an honor to coach our girls district championship team this year. Their dedication to practice led them to success and their sportsmanship was a great example for everyone. I am very proud of their performance at the state tournament and look forward to next year.”
