Brenda was not only a valued colleague but a cherished friend to many at the golf course. Her dedication to her work and her warm personality endeared her to everyone who crossed her path. Her absence will undoubtedly leave a void that will be felt deeply by all. As the golf course reopens on Monday, July 31st, it is understood that things will be different without Brenda’s presence. Her laughter, guidance, and support will be missed during the second half of the golf season. The entire team will continue to grieve and find ways to move forward without their dear friend, and they ask for patience and understanding from all golfers during this time of adjustment.
In honor of Brenda and to allow everyone time to cope with their emotions, the golf course management has made the difficult decision to close the course from Friday, July 28th until Sunday, July 30th. This closure will provide the employees and golfers alike the space to absorb the weight of this tragic news and to mourn the loss of such an integral member of the Pineland team.
