There is no known reason for the stuck on loading screen problem, though players reported the problem a few times before. It might occur when the servers are down or an update is being added. It is apparently happening to some Apex Legends players again, however, and there are solutions fans can try in order to resolve the error.
Fans need to check their internet and test the internet connection through their PlayStation 4 to make sure they have stable internet. Closing the application completely and attempting to restart it afterward can also help.
Unlike the solutions on PC, there doesn't appear to be any other ways to solve the problem. It is more than likely a problem with Respawn Entertainment's servers if the error persists after restarting and checking internet connections.
