Waiting on a Loba Heirloom to finally arrive in Apex Legends?
Thanks to this bug found by YouTuber Skeptation, Loba lovers and cosmetics enthusiasts alike may already have what they're looking for — without having to spend anything.
Apex Legends Bug Lets Loba Players Run Around With a 'Free Heirloom'
Thus far, Respawn Entertainment have released 12 Heirlooms in Apex Legends, the long-sought-after, Mythic-tier cosmetic items that have insane equip, inspect and attack animations.
Of course, among those still missing their own personalized Heirloom in-game is the Translocating Thief, and with Crypto appearing to be the next lucky fellow on the list, it seems Loba won't be receiving hers anytime soon.
As such, feel free to try out this glitch that allows players to use Loba's signature chrome wolf cane as a free, bootleg "Heirloom."
As demonstrated by Skeptation, players can mess around with Loba's Black Market Boutique Ultimate Ability to make it seem as if they're just straight-up running around with the cane.
In order to do so, simply pull out the cane as if you're going to summon the black market as usual, but instead of actually placing it, climb over an open door.
For some reason, this makes it so you can run around with Loba's cane out without the HUD hologram showing the range and placement of the portal.
You can run around with it as you please, however, you can't melee attack as it will just place the ult. To bring out your gun, simply cancel the ult to put the cane away.
Lastly, keep in mind that climbing over something or wall bouncing also fixes the bug and brings back the placement hologram.
